The carpentry:
At the foot of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, about 40 minutes from Parma, lies the B&B L’antica Falegnameria. The welcoming stone cottage built in the mid-1800s was home to a carpentry shop dedicated to the repair and construction of wagon wheels. Choosing to stay at L’antica Falegnameria B&B means immersing yourself in the unspoiled nature of the Apennines, listening to the sounds of the woods, admiring the landscape shaped by the Parma stream and easily reaching hills and mountains.
The BB:
completely renovated in 2006, the house maintains a rustic and authentic style, reminiscent of the mountain style of a cabin. Upon entering you will already feel at home in the large room surrounded by stone walls and with a comfortable fireplace in the center where you can relax while reading a book. The kitchen is rustic with the traditional wood stove. The bedrooms on the first floor are comfortable and served by a large bathroom.
Who we are:
Two guys with a common dream, to make the areas and products of the Apennines known and valued. In this journey Enzo, a true local, helps us day by day to discover the wonders of nature by sharing his passions such as the vineyard, bees and agriculture.
