The osteria is located in an ancient building in Busseto where Maestro Verdi used to go, the restaurant will entertain guests with Verdi’s background music. Other famous guests went to the Salsamentaria such as T. Stolz, G. Ricordi, O. Respighi, A. Toscanini, G. D’Annunzio and G. Guareschi.
