A 17th century mill right beside the Birthplace of Giuseppe Verdi houses this rural and comfortable restaurant for lunch, dinner, snacks and tasting.
It is possible to visit the cellars where is the precious Culatello of Zibello DOP produced by Dallatana, aging for a long time. Regional specialties, home made pasta, selected meat and a wide choice of home made desserts. The restaurant also offers a spacious room for groups up to 55 people.
At the Mulino are also available show cooking activities and cooking classes.

31 Km from Parma. By car from Parma North ring road, after the exit 9 follow directions to Fidenza, from Fidenza follow directions to Busseto; by motorway A1 exit Parma Ovest then follow SS 9 (Via Emilia) direction Milan until you reach Fidenza. Turn right into road 588 to Busseto and follow signs to Roncole. By bus, Tep line Parma-Busseto.
