Ristorante da Rita is a place with a friendly soul run by the Olivieri family who has made hospitality his mission, his passion. In a relaxed and comfortable environment, surrounded by the greenery and tranquility of the Park, at Ristorante da Rita you can enjoy traditional Parmesan and Parma cuisine combined with more creative proposals, the result of Chef Raffaella’s creativity.
The products used in the cuisine of the Ristorante da Rita are genuine, fresh and local: the unmissable Black Truffle from Fragno, the trout, the Borgotaro PGI Mushroom, fresh homemade pasta, wild game meats, seasonal vegetables, the cured meats, the cheeses. The Ristorante da Rita offers special care to its younger guests, with a specially designed children’s menu, and also a menu designed for those suffering from allergies or intolerances.
