Osteria Ca d’Angel
The Ostaria Cà d’Angel offers the exquisite typical specialties of the Parma Apennines, giving great importance to the selection of raw materials from meat to cured meats of the province, from cheese to mushrooms, from pasta to desserts, all strictly homemade. It is impossible to forget the black truffle from Fragno, which was born in the woods of the Municipality of Calestano, a unique product best appreciated by the genuine cuisine of the Ca ‘d’Angel Estate.
The ostaria was born in 2000 and is a family business. The dining room is cozy and very quaint with exposed dishes and a heater.
The dishes prepared with care, want to discover the pleasure of the archaic taste of good food, promoting the genuineness of a green and uncontaminated territory, to be discovered, and full of food and wine treasures.
