The restaurant is located in a 17th century palace of the historical center. The seats indoor are 40 in three different rooms with air conditioning.
Antonella, the chef, serves everything that is typical parmesan: anolini with meat and capon soup, herbs and ricotta stuffed tortelli, lasagne with strolghino ragout, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms from Albareto; home made puff pastry only. Among the second courses: veal punta al forno, the Vecia roasted potatoes and peppers, stew beef with polenta and parmesan cheese, veal guancialini with lambrusco wine, Parmesan risotto with truffle from Fragno and culatello. Do not miss the traditional salumi from the area, among which Parma ham with 27 months of seasoning and the Culatello from the Bassa. The wine list has 150 national wines.
