All with a view of the large kitchen. The à la carte menu offers dishes based on tradition, with typical features and excellences of the Food Valley area, and other more gourmet ones, refined and made with varied raw materials and coming from Italian and foreign gastronomic cultures.
Also attached to the restaurant are the Kitchen Store, a large bar, the Take Away and a modern Cooking Academy, a space dedicated to holding courses for professionals and enthusiasts, but also to private events.
