The Market Gourmè Soragna is an elegant venue which combines modernity with some elements of the tradition of Parma. The idea is to integrate the sale of all products of historical brands such as Corte Buona, Ibis and Montana (including cured meats, in slices and pre-sliced, bresaola, portioned fresh meats, canned meats, snacks and sandwiches) with some typical Italian specialties of great quality such as pastas and typical sauces, oil and fine vinegars, sweet delicacies to discover unique and authentic tastes and flavors.
The Restaurant Gourmé Soragna is the place to taste the best cured meats of theterritory of Parma accompanied by some selected Italian gastronomic proposals. Wooden furniture in warm tones with references to gold in draperies and fabrics, are combined with elegant table coordinates. The attention and care for every detail make the Restaurant the place of excellence for tastings and unique meeting moments.
The culinary proposal of excellence is the Culatello di Zibello D.O.P., prepared and aged in the nearby Busseto factory, served together with other typical cured meats, such as Prosciutto di Parma D.O.P., Culatta di Busseto, la Mortadella Bologna I.G.P., the Coppa di Parma, the Salame Felino I.G.P., the Spalla of San Secondo, the Strolghino and many others. A selection of over 100 labels of the finest wines from the various italian regions combined with a limited proposal of champagne.
