The restaurant, an old post station with exposed brick, renovated in its original parts, has 320 seats divided into 5 rooms with air conditioning. In the summer 70 seats are also outdoors. The typical cuisine offers home-made pasta, home-made cold cuts and a renowned rich buffet. The wine list includes about 200 national, mainly regional labels. Tourist menus and tastings are prepared on request.
