The Steakhouse offers customers the opportunity to choose their favorite cut by looking directly at the meat display fridge.
The Tradition room offers the cuisine of the real, genuine, authentic Parmesan tradition that does not stop only with well-known dishes, but also offers dishes less known to tourists and loved by Parmesan, such as the rice bomb with pigeon or the anolini in broth made with stuffed stewed donkey.
The Saletta degli Artisti, an exhibition space for temporary exhibitions, is the favorite of couples or lovers of the post modern where the furniture is elegant and minimalist. Guests have access to a cellar with the possibility of being accompanied and personally choosing their own bottle.
