Luisa’s cuisine will delight you with fresh pastas, grilled meats, vegetables grown on the farm and even herbs and wild fruits picked in the surrounding woods and meadows.
All to discover are the flagship products of Ca ‘d’Alfieri: the peppers. The many varieties of peppers cultivated by Maurizio and Luisa are processed in many ways: fresh, jam, sauce, seasoning.
