The Ciaolatte Restaurant uses the products of the organic farm of the same name.
Here you can enjoy typical local dishes that have as an absolute protagonist the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and dairy products produced in the farm: Parmigiano Reggiano mousse, ricotta tortelli, polenta, fried ricotta balls, broth cappelletti, stracchino and organic ice cream. Do not miss the homemade pies and cakes, fried cake and salami. A true full immersion in traditional and typical cuisine, in an intimate and informal setting, ideal for celebrating occasions or for a simple lunch with friends.
The restaurant is located inside the organic farm Ciaolatte where you can buy local products at the inner shop or stop to stay at the B&B. For the little ones there are play activities with the animals of the educational farm.
