Visits at the Ham factories along the Roads of taste

Worldwide known as one of the best food products of this area, the Prosciutto di Parma is made in the factories scattered on the green hills south of Parma, around Langhirano, open to visitors to unfold their secrets.

You can find the ham producers along the Road of ham and wines of the hills or follow two different gastronomic itineraries crossing the province from the river Po to the Appennines:  the
Road of Culatello of Zibello and the Road of Porcino mushroom of Borgotaro.
