The Salami Museum has now moved to Via Giosuè Carducci, 11 in Felino. Free guided tours to the construction site of the new headquarters at 11.00 and 16.00 every weekend, until completion of work.

Dedicated to the most famous salame in Italy, this is one of the three food museums in the province of Parma.
Divided into two sections, it displays the tools of pork butchers, showing how this delicious uncooked meat is preserved by curing, airdried and seasoned.

Small and medium-sized dogs on a leash accepted.

The visit costs 25 euros plus the entrance ticket. The restaurant is available for meeting and banqueting.
