Among marionettes and puppets at the Giordano Ferrari museum: the itinerary is a chance to know the displays at the museum and the characters of the puppets starting from the masks of the Art comedy, among which Arlecchino, Pantalone and Brighella stand out to highlight, through different geographic areas, the artistic and popular traditions of Italy.
With a heritage of 1500 marionettes and puppets, 400 scenographies, props, posters, about 200 scripts and 400 books of puppetry and 18th century works, an important section of the 19th century and a collection of pupi siciliani, the Puppets castle offers an entertaining and stimulating itinerary to visitors.
Puppets making workshops are available on reservation.
