This site brings together 73 different museums that make up the Museum System of the Province of Parma, custodians of history, traditions of the territory and the extraordinary cultural heritage scattered in the various corners of the province: alongside institutional and structured realities, there are initiatives that must all to the genius and passion of private citizens, thus creating a variegated set of places, joined together by the desire to create knowledge and cultural growth. We are faced with a vast number of subjects differentiated by entity, content of the collections and size that you will find here divided by areas (city, from the Via Emilia to the river Po; from the Via Emilia to the Apennines), categories (archeology; art; food; ethnography, literature, music, nature, paleontology, characters, religion, science, natural history, typography) and reported in some itineraries.
